Our shipping fees for purchases from our company to US addresses are free.

All orders are shipped by UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail or partner carriers that are audited and able to transport your product.

 

We are committed to fulfilling your order within the agreed deadline.

Most of our orders are shipped as recorded in the advance purchase agreement, as our products are handcrafted and made to order, each artist has a different delivery time.

 

Important informations

Although we have done our best to accurately represent and describe the colors of our products, what you see on your screen may sometimes be different from what you see when you look at the product in person. Individual computer monitors and Internet browsers display colors differently, and capturing and displaying a product's true color as a digital image is an inexact process, as handcrafted products are unique and will not always be as true to the photo.

 

Returns

We guarantee the quality of our product and will refund the purchase price of any item returned within 10 days in its original condition and the buyer will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

We do not offer refunds for items that have been poorly cared for.

No returns will be accepted after 10 days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

We will refund the purchase price in the same way you paid for the merchandise. Please allow up to three weeks after receiving the returned merchandise for your bank to process our refund request.

Return the item via UPS or our recommended partner with tracking or delivery confirmation and email us at info@mxluxuryinteriors.com with the tracking number or delivery confirmation number for your return. In your email, please also indicate the item or items you are returning for refund. After we receive your return, we will send you a return confirmation.

Along with the merchandise you wish to return, please send back the original packing slip with the returned item circled.
